My name is Clarisa and Iām a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Weightloss Coach. I believe in working SMART in the kitchen and HARD in the gym. Nothing is given. Everything is earned one REP and one BITE at a time. Nothing worth having was ever done without a little SWEAT.

I specialize in building muscle and torching fat. My style is about teaching clients to move heavy loads. I challenge them to move faster, quicker and to think bigger. I waste no time during a session. We burn fat and build muscle with the most efficient movements for their body.
